Short Description
The flower between the lips becomes a pause.
It slows the moment and shows the space “between”.
A state before a word, before a touch, before a choice.
Between is not about distance, but about a moment of almost contact.
Process
Between is a portrait series about the line between presence and distance.
Two faces are very close to each other, but the emotional distance between them keeps changing.
This change is shown through the eyes. Closed, half-open, and open eyes create different states of contact: from inner focus to quiet attention.
