By submitting your AI-generated image, you grant AIMA and Retrospective of Jupiter the right to use your image for promotional purposes, both on the platform and across social media, online, and print. This includes, but is not limited to:
Platform Use: We may display your AI image on our platform, as part of the Official Selection, or as a winner of the AI Master Award.
Social Media & Marketing: With your consent, your image may be featured on AIMA’s official social media channels, promotional material, and email campaigns.
Print and Publications: We reserve the right to use your image for marketing materials, publications, and any other forms of print media related to the AI Master Award.
Duration of Use: Your image may be used for the purposes described above for as long as AIMA exists or until you request removal in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, you can request it by contacting us as described below.
