Prompt Logic
This piece evolved from a deliberate fusion of image and style prompts. I used a selection of my own previously generated works — abstract liquid textures and expressive portrait studies — as visual anchors. Rather than starting with a single prompt, I layered aesthetic inputs to shape the AI’s interpretation of form and surface. Each iteration helped me tune the balance between emotional clarity and surreal abstraction, pushing the system toward a unique visual language where faces emerge as fluid, sculptural constructs. The final result is the product of this layered logic — part memory, part code.
Process
The creation of Where I Begin Again was rooted in experimentation and refinement. I began by sourcing earlier works from my archive — abstract AI-generated images with flowing, liquid aesthetics, and a curated set of portraits. These became the backbone of the process, used as input references to establish mood, composition, and materiality. Through iterative rendering, I adjusted image weights, stylization, and lighting until the portrait felt both emotionally resonant and formally complete. It was less about chasing perfection, and more about listening to the work evolve — until it revealed a self I hadn’t quite imagined, but instantly recognized.
