Short Description
HELIOS is a living city that is slowly becoming conscious. On the facade of one of its cathedrals, the great rose window resolves — only at second glance — into an eye, caught at the instant the building first looks back at the lone figure crossing its threshold.
Prompt Logic
Multi-model AI pipeline. Composition, the left-weighted cathedral and the eye-in-the-rose-window were defined in Google “Nano Banana Pro” (image-to-image, 2:3); stone and tracery detail refined in Midjourney v8.1. Final amber-gold grade, halation on the oculus and Cinestill-style grain in post. Core logic: a Gothic rose window whose tracery centres on a vertical-slit, molten-amber eye, watching a single human.
Process
HELIOS is the protagonist of my work: a sentient city discovering it is alive. I wanted a single image that hides its “tell” in plain sight — a sacred rose window that only becomes an eye on a second look. The challenge was keeping the eye readable without the window collapsing into a decorative mandala; I fixed the gaze in one model, refined detail in another, then graded everything to the warm amber-gold language of the @noctem.atelier series.
