Short Description
This work exists as an exploration of divinity through fragility. The angel is formed from transparent, glass-like material rather than flesh, armor, or traditional feathers, allowing light to pass through its body and wings as though illumination itself has become its anatomy.
I wanted to challenge the idea that power must appear heavy, aggressive, or impenetrable. Here, vulnerability and strength occupy the same form. The figure appears capable of shattering, yet remains monumental, luminous, and serene.
The work is essential to me because it represents a recurring idea within my art: darkness and light, strength and delicacy, the physical and the transcendent do not have to exist as opposites. They can coexist within a single being. The angel is therefore not simply a depiction of divinity, but an attempt to visualize what divinity might feel like if light itself were given a body.
Prompt Logic

Midjourney gives you 4 separate images every time you submit a prompt for image generation. These images I’ve uploaded were the the other 3 that came with the image I’ve selected for submission and, after careful consideration, I decided the image I’ve selected for submission, Pure-Eyed Archangel, was, by far, the best image for my continued work as an AI artwork creator. The piece was inspired by what I briefly explained under the “description” area above; the idea and concept that light & darkness, divinity and fragility can coexist in a single body and do not have to act as total opposites like we’ve been told they do. I sought to challenge this idea and the image is a representation of that.
