RELIQUIA
Short Description
RELIQUIA — Pearls of Inheritance explores fashion as a carrier of memory, identity, and personal expression. Inspired by the visual language of the 1920s, the collection transforms pearls from traditional jewelry into sculptural elements of avant-garde couture.
Oversized pearl structures, cascading necklaces, crystalline surfaces, feathers and exaggerated silhouettes become extensions of the body. They do not simply decorate the protagonists — they construct their presence. Fashion becomes architecture, ornament becomes identity, and extravagance becomes a form of self-expression.
The androgynous figures move between historical elegance and a contemporary, almost futuristic aesthetic. Pearls recall inheritance and continuity, while feathers introduce movement, freedom and transformation. Together they create a visual language in which refinement and excess coexist.
The past is not reconstructed, but reimagined through fashion.
RELIQUIA exists between heritage and individuality, restraint and extravagance, memory and reinvention. It asks how inherited symbols can be transformed into something deeply personal — and how fashion can become a visible expression of who we choose to be.
Prompt Logic

The visual language of RELIQUIA was developed through iterative prompting rather than a single fixed prompt. The process combined references to 1920s couture, androgynous beauty, sculptural pearl jewelry, feathers, crystal surfaces and exaggerated fashion silhouettes. Particular attention was given to materiality, proportion, color relationships and the tension between historical elegance and futuristic fashion.
Recurring elements — pale freckled skin, intense red hair, green eyes, pearls, ivory textiles and deep green ornamental environments — were refined across multiple generations to create a coherent visual identity. Prompting was used as a curatorial process: generating, selecting, rejecting and transforming variations until fashion, body and ornament became one sculptural composition.
Process
The inspiration for RELIQUIA grew from my fascination with jewelry as a carrier of memory, heritage, and identity — particularly the pearl as a symbol passed down through generations. At the same time, I was drawn to the visual extravagance of the 1920s and to the question of how this aesthetic could be translated into a contemporary, avant-garde fashion language.
As the collection evolved, pearls gradually moved beyond their traditional role as jewelry. They became sculptural, almost architectural extensions of the body. Feathers, crystals, exaggerated silhouettes, and intense color contrasts expanded the original idea into a world where fashion is not simply clothing, but an expression of personality, presence, and transformation.
One of the greatest challenges was maintaining a clear and recognizable visual language despite the richness and extravagance of the compositions. Materials, faces, colors, proportions, and details had to be carefully refined through many iterations. For me, the crucial point was finding the moment when extravagance no longer feels decorative, but becomes an essential part of the figures’ identity.
RELIQUIA ultimately evolved from an exploration of inheritance into a reflection on how we transform inherited symbols, wear them differently, and make them entirely our own.
