Imperishable Light
Short Description
Imperishable Light is part of the series Path to Infinity, inspired by my early exposure to books on avant-garde art and experimental architecture. I was drawn to rigorous, almost abstract forms suspended in infinite space – images that shaped my understanding of architecture not only as structure, but as a visual and emotional language. Here, architecture appears as an immaterial construction made of light, transparency and perspective. A red axis cuts through the composition like a line of measurement or rupture, creating a fragile balance between two mirrored spatial systems.
The handwritten phrases within the image – “Space as a trace of memory: floating architecture where light finds its form” and “Geometry becomes a sacred language – an infinite extension of an unseen structure” – act as quiet annotations to the work. They frame the image as a meditation on memory, geometry and the search for a space that exists beyond function.
